Our highly adaptable roof windows have been used in domestic and commercial applications for years, however, 2012 saw the launch of our first product designed specifically for the commercial market.
VELUX Modular Skylights, designed in co-operation with Foster + Partners, are a fully pre-fabricated skylight concept that offers all the benefits of a modular system, with an elegant design and excellent energy performance for all sorts of commercial buildings including offices, schools & healthcare establishments.
The system consists of prefabricated modular skylights, including profiles, panes, flashing, control systems for comfort and smoke ventilation and roller blinds.
Rooflights can be installed in single or multiple rows and as ridge units.

There are a range of sizes available in fixed and automated versions along with smoke venting and exit hatch solutions.
