Our Planet Passionate sustainability programme will span a decade. Some of the key highlights of 2021 were: a 43% reduction in our scope 1 and 2 CHG emissions for our underlying business, increasing the percentage of our wholly owned sites with rooftop solar PV installations to 28.4%, the completion of 6 rainwater harvesting projects, the installation of 33 electric vehicle charging stations and recycling 843m PET bottles into our process.

Kingspan is committed to collecting and presenting accurate and reliable information. To this end, the energy and data presented in the Report, is reviewed on an ongoing basis by our Internal Audit function. To further strengthen the credibility and reliability of the Report, we have also sought independent, external assurance for our carbon footprint, our total energy use and additional Key Performance Indicators. The results of this engagement can be found in the external assurance statement on page 61 of the Report.
